Yeah, you can buy them. Takes a bit of looking, but it's been done. Unlike the military versions, though, these have been made into Civilian-type arms, so they don't have quite the power of a standard-issue military assault rifle.

Damn, dude, that's a nice ass gun. But I still say an AKS-74U is cooler and much easier to handle. Could be me, though.

That's probably just you, or maybe I've never even used a gun similar to an AK-47 before, and so I don't know its capabilities.
The funny part? It was made in Russia for Spetsnasz troops, and my dad was a Spetz, and I STILL don't know shit about an AK-74.
